For Maddie and Colby, Dumbarton Oaks Gardens wasn’t just a pretty spot — it was the spot. It’s where Colby popped the big question, and now, a week later, they came back to re-create that moment — but with better lighting.

The Proposal Re-Creation ❤️

When we reached the spot, I asked Colby how it all went down the first time. He grinned and without hesitation, proceeded to re-create the moment without me instructing him and with ZERO nerves.
